I am huge a fan of fresh herbs and using them while cooking. You could imagine how excited I was when I found these garden-in-a-bag collections? Each bag is ready to go for your indoor garden. - 3 c. shredded or diced Zucchini
- 1/2 c. diced Onion
- 2 tbsp. chopped Parsley
- 4 slightly beaten Eggs or the equivalent of Egg Beaters
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano
- 1/4 c. Oil
- dash of Salt and Pepper

To begin, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Spray or grease a large quiche or pie plate and add mixture. You can sprinkle parsley over the top before baking. Cook for about an hour and golden brown.
